The 2026-09-08 connector prune deleted the pre-existing edge in temperature_optimum_very_low from membrane_fluidity to psychrophile_machinery. That disconnects the fatty_acid_desaturase_activity to unsaturated_fatty_acids to membrane_fluidity branch from temperature_optimum_very_low_trait, regressing the graph relative to main.
Resolution target:
Restore a supported membrane-fluidity connection instead of dropping an edge that existed before the dirty batch.
