Regenerate PR 664 priority dashboard after connector pruning #703

From PR #664 adversarial review 5136972896.

app/dashboard/priority.json and app/dashboard/priority.html were generated before the final connector-prune commits. Their edge and component counts still reflect removed connectors, so the dashboard can recommend CURATE_ROOT for records that now have components greater than 1.

Resolution target:
Run just gen-priority-dashboard after the final graph edits and commit the refreshed dashboard artifacts.
