Open

Description

@realmarcin

Adversarial review on PR #664 flagged four temperature connector edges whose snippets come from the right papers but do not independently carry the curated relation. Requote these from spans that state the relation, or drop unsupported edges.\n\nFlagged edges:\n- data/traits/environment/temperature_optimum_very_low.yaml:217: glycine_betaine contributes to protein_membrane_stabilization\n- data/traits/environment/temperature_optimum_high.yaml:292: membrane_thermostability associated with thermophile_thermostability\n- data/traits/environment/temperature_delta_high.yaml:189: cis_trans_isomerase_activity increases membrane_viscosity_high_temperature\n- data/traits/environment/temperature_optimum_very_low.yaml:193: membrane_fluidity contributes to psychrophile_machinery\n\nRaised from PR #664 adversarial review 5136751900.
