PR #664 ninth adversarial review found that data/traits/ecology/biosafety_level_5.yaml still has a 2026-09-04T10:00:00Z curation_history event describing the intermediate biosafety_level_5_ppl_alpha_containment graph and an eight-edge Mars returned sample handling graph. The current shipped record has biosafety_level_5_proposed_enhanced_hazard with two edges after the later PPL-alpha reversal.
Update the PR #664 repair flow so BSL-5 provenance describes what lands in the record, either by amending that generated event or by adding a later event that records the reversal. Replay scripts/repair_pr664_adversarial_review.py, regenerate pages, and keep the repaired record idempotent.
