PR #664 ninth adversarial review found two temperature_range_mid3 connectors whose snippets define one node instead of supporting the edge relation:
- desk_kinase_state associated with desk quotes DesK is a molecular sensor that directly detects membrane thickness.
- desr associated with phospho_desr quotes DesR is a DNA-binding response regulator (transcriptional activator).
Repair the DesK/DesR branch in scripts/connect_temperature_range_mid3_graph_183.py so the connector evidence carries its edge claim. The review suggested using the existing phosphorylating or dephosphorylating DesR support for a direct desk to phospho_desr edge, which better represents the cascade. Replay scripts/repair_pr664_adversarial_review.py, regenerate pages, and keep temperature_range_mid3 idempotent.
