docs(bounty): align guides with chat and snapshot scoring

Changes

• Document the explicit Bounty research-terms card in Chat, followed by the existing /link signing-card flow. Consent remains a personal, explicit action.
• Explain Report a bug and its conditional Add to the Challenge Bounty action, privacy, and the distinction between submission, verdict and payment.
• Document immutable publication revisions, severity, complete pagination and champion eligibility.

Companion implementation

https://github.com/CortexLM/backend/pull/368 adds the missing terms-acceptance control. This documentation does not claim that the feature is already deployed. Deployments still showing only a terms-required refusal cannot complete the flow; do not bypass consent.

Verification

• Backend contract checked against 0bc261ed plus the companion change; subnet scoring checked against 58050efc.
• Site checker, backend route cross-check, content checker, both shell regression suites, docs-ui and docs-images tests passed.
• Mintlify 4.2.876 validation and git diff --check passed.
• All current GitHub checks pass at 91719fe.
• Generic repository audit flags only the existing Mintlify root layout; preserved the layout explicitly required by this repository AGENTS.md. No added files, secrets or build artifacts.
