Summary

Repo-guidance cleanup: slims CLAUDE.md to essentials, removes stale references across the agent/skill files, makes verification a pivotal part of the agents, and documents a git-worktree workflow in the commit skills. Docs/config only — no source or test changes.

What's included

• CLAUDE.md: 139 → 65 lines. Keeps the non-obvious rules (the three encoders, the 401 contract), Build & Test, current gotchas, and doc pointers; drops re-derivable architecture prose and all stale references (list folders, GAP-*.md, wrong Views file counts). GitHub gotchas (full-row updates, synthetic-schema fallback, data-not-row, primaryDisplayField) are retained in condensed form.
• Agents: a pivotal "Verification is non-negotiable" section in swift-dev; verify-first framing in release-manager / qa-screenshotter; fixes stale list-folder refs and the dead subscription-permissions-update.md pointer.
• Skills: a git-worktree workflow (default for feature work, with cleanup) added to comment-and-commit and commit-and-pr; fixes the non-compiling UserList(folderId:) / buildTree(folders:lists:) examples in unit-test / ios-review (lists nest via parentId now).

Verification

• Docs/config only — no build/test impact.
• Confirmed CLAUDE.md is 65 lines with no remaining stale refs; agent/skill files carry the intended updates.

Notes

• Independent of the sharing PRs (feat(lists): inbound shared-list viewer + web-accept for edit links #30–fix(lists): refresh the issue list after closing/reopening a GitHub issue #32) — touches only .claude/ and CLAUDE.md, so it targets main directly and can merge in any order.
