geckopy, raven-toolbox and the GECKO 4 and RAVEN 3 development moved from SysBioChalmers to CompMetEng, and these references still pointed to the old locations.

The same tag and an identical file are now inCompMetEng/RAVEN.docs/migrating_from_gecko_matlab.md: the link toGECKO3_to_GECKO4.mdpointed to a file that is not in the GECKO repository; the guide is published in gecko-docs.README.md,pyproject.toml,docs/raven_integration.md,docs/yaml_format.md,docs/internal/raven_inventory.mdandtests/test_gecko_matlab_parity.py: links to geckopy, raven-toolbox, raven-gecko-parity, GECKO and RAVEN named the previous owner.The
