GECKO 4 and RAVEN 3 development moved from SysBioChalmers to CompMetEng, and these links still pointed to the old repositories and wikis.
.github/workflows/tests.yml: the tests checked outSysBioChalmers/RAVEN@develop3, which is frozen, so GECKO was tested against a RAVEN that no longer receives changes.GECKOInstaller: the newest version was read fromSysBioChalmers/GECKO/main/version.txt, which holds GECKO 3, and the RAVEN installation and upgrade instructions linked to the SysBioChalmers RAVEN wiki, which describes RAVEN 2.README.md: the release and Discussions badges, the tutorials, documentation, support and contributing links pointed to SysBioChalmers/GECKO and its wiki.CONTRIBUTING.mdand.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE: the issue, Discussions, fork, clone, label, compare and release links pointed to SysBioChalmers/GECKO.databases/README.mdandtutorials/full_ecModel/protocol.m: the geckopy and installation links named the previous owner and the wikis.Links to existing SysBioChalmers issues, the GECKO 1 and 2 wiki page, other SysBioChalmers model repositories and the
