Remove duplicated logo from README.md #40
Description
The current prepmd README.md contains a duplicated logo. The standalone logo should be removed so that the README consistently uses the light and dark mode logo variants instead.
This will avoid displaying the logo twice and keep the README consistent with the project's existing branding approach.
