Documentation Update

The current Conda installation instructions for CodeEntropy use:

conda install -c conda-forge -c CCPBioSim codeentropy

To maintain consistency with the other software packages across the CCPBioSim organisation, this should be updated to use the lowercase channel name:

conda install -c conda-forge -c ccpbiosim codeentropy

Conda channel names are case-insensitive, so this change does not affect the installation itself, but ensures that the documentation follows the naming convention used across the organisation.

Why Is This Needed?

This change will keep the CodeEntropy installation instructions consistent with the Conda installation instructions used across other CCPBioSim software packages.

Although Conda does not differentiate between uppercase and lowercase channel names, using the lowercase ccpbiosim form provides a consistent and standardised presentation throughout the documentation.
