Declare the repository and support email required by Dify Marketplace. Keep the plugin ID, maintainer credit, runtime code, and tool definitions unchanged.

Evidence

• Before: The new manifest metadata test fails because repo is absent; Marketplace validation also reports missing repo and contact.
  After: 102 tests pass on Python 3.12 with Dify SDK 0.10.2. Python compilation and git diff --check pass.
• Dify Plugin CLI 0.6.11 builds a 27-file package. Every entry matches source. Only manifest.yaml differs from 0.2.1; assertions confirm the version and two public metadata fields are the only changes.
• The same 0.2.2 package installs on Dify Cloud Sandbox and isolated Dify Community Edition 1.17.1 ARM64. Cache-cleared Calls and Goal Run workflows retain the original call IDs and available results, including downstream same-request replay. Cloud Calls metadata and named outputs match the original complete result. No new calls were created.
