Bump all @bitgo-beta/* dependencies to the current beta dist-tag on npm via scripts/bump-version.ts and regenerate package-lock.json. sdk-core 8.2.1-beta.2107 is the first release containing the EdDSA MPCv2 offline key generation methods (WCI-889/890/891); sdk-lib-mpc 8.2.0-beta.2117 carries the async DKG.restoreSession. Regenerating the lock under npm 11 also records the @swc/core platform variants, which fixes npm ci on fresh clones.
