Overwriting existing PYTHONPATH

I am attempting to install your software into a cluster in a GNU environment module, loading other modules for its dependencies. But this line breaks that modularity:

Must it overwrite PYTHONPATH instead of prepending?

Hi @aowenson-imm,

If it is possible to use the conda recipe, I'd recommend that.
Otherwise, if you are installing from source code, perhaps you could try doing the PYTHONPATH change that you suggested on your end? The developer of physlr is no longer with our group, so while I will do my best to provide advice, unfortunately, we have limited resources to make changes to the codebase.
