Summary
Add accurate official CLI setup and capability routing, preserving MCP and REST fallbacks. Separate key validation from anonymous discovery and preserve partial Inspect limitations. No invented executable references or paid verification claims.
Verification
npm run verify passed (tests and distribution ZIP). Added-line secret scan passed. Website Skill copies pin this source commit. CLI availability is explicitly version-checked until npm publication.
