Summary
The existing GitHub Actions workflow remains in place until the governed pipeline is validated.
Azure Pipelines run policy
Service connection
AZURE_SERVICE_CONNECTIONvariable and used the exact service connection name (kusto-connectors-arm-sc) in the pipeline YAML, because a pre-approval check needs to be added on the service connection.
