Adds the shared connection runtime needed by JiraPS: named connections, per-product defaults, isolated authentication overrides and lifecycle invalidation.
Connections own credential copies; portable JSON profiles contain only approved non-secret fields and retain legacy configuration compatibility.
Published experimental package: 0.3.0-alpha0001.
The protected alpha pipeline built one artifact, passed all eight Configuration/Jira engine jobs, published those tested bytes and passed all four fresh Gallery consumers.
The style pass separates parameter attributes and logical steps, expands crowded data and script blocks, and makes transport arguments explicit through named splats. It preserves the connection contract.
Current style commit:

Current CI: running.
Local Build/Test: 1,329 passed, 0 failed, 27 skipped; Lint and actionlint passed.
CI before the whitespace-only corrections: Windows PS5.1, Windows PS7, Ubuntu and macOS passed.
Before the style cleanup, Jira consumer feat!: adopt shared Jira connections JiraPS#728 passed full Cloud/DC integration against the published alpha: 252/201 passed, zero failures.
Scoped-token Connect and one issue read passed with the Gallery alpha and final built Jira artifact.
On Windows PS5.1, cancelling a pipeline can defer temporary-context cleanup until GC or shared-module unload; authentication help documents this limitation.
Prerequisite #56 is merged. Stable/major publication remains outside this change; retain
release:none.Exact package evidence
