Add PerMark

[EdelmarSchneider]

Adds PerMark (https://github.com/EdelmarSchneider/permark), an open-source (MIT/Apache-2.0) desktop Markdown app: a reader, visual editor, notes app and IDE for reviewing and steering AI-written specs and docs. It publishes official x86_64 AppImages on GitHub Releases.

The app was renamed from TrailMark to PerMark, so this PR now adds it under the new name (data/PerMark).

TrailMark

Tested:

• TrailMark_0.5.5_amd64.AppImage from release v0.5.5

Compatibility: not self-contained: uses the C library of the system; references glibc 2.35

Warnings:

• The AppImage contains no update information, so users cannot update it with AppImageUpdate or similar tools. Please consider embedding it when building the AppImage (e.g., appimagetool -u) and publishing the .zsync file next to the AppImage; see https://docs.appimage.org/packaging-guide/optional/updates.html
