Workarounds for newer gcc #143

Newer GCC fails to build ApolloOS. I specifically was using 15.2.1.

The issue probably has to do with the introduction of c23 where they have become a bit more strict but I honestly don't know exactly.

Describe the solution you'd like

I wrote some workarounds to get it to build, but they are probably done incorrectly so I didn't want to send a PR. It is just to inform everyone about these issues so if they ever run into them they know how they could handle them. Instead I will send you a link to a commit you can look at here:

Should we care about this or just say newer gccs are unsupported right now?
