Summary
Replace the previous NextDevTpl campaign with a dismissible, labeled ProdClub advertisement on the homepage below navigation and on Contact & Support. Both links retain the referral URL and sponsored attributes.
Fix Kinetic Typography instructions that prohibited their own breathing and marquee examples. Both languages and landing-page prompts now limit short durations/expo-out to discrete entrances and interaction transitions, explicitly allowing 2.4-second ease-in-out breathing and a 24-second linear marquee. Hover pause and reduced-motion CSS remain intact. All example prompts also carry the conditional persistent pause/stop/hide requirement for automatically scrolling information.
