Summary

• Bump plugin and package versions to 1.2.2 after PR The title bar stops loading the whole builder #58 moved the title-bar preview provider into a 1 KB bundle.
• Update the title-bar integration documentation and new build command, and credit Juan Lentino in the changelog.
• Test the bridge between the compiled title-bar bundle and the separately built builder source.

Verification

• ALLTFO_SKIP_DEPLOY=1 npm run plugin:package: 475 tests passed, 2 skipped; typecheck and all bundles built; 1.2.2 zip packaged.
• No screenshot needed: the title-bar button appearance is unchanged; the change reduces startup script loading.
