Fix condition dialogs and total display for 1.0.1

Condition editing now opens directly into an enabled draft, with Clear to remove and disable the condition. Cancel is hidden for new empty conditions, and empty drafts cannot be saved. Copy condition sits below the inspector settings, and both dialogs use OpenStation's modal palette, textures, and themed controls.

Total fields now offer plain text (<output>) or disabled-input presentation. Both update live and keep a hidden submitted value, while the server still recomputes totals. The canvas reflects the selected display. Includes documentation, regression tests, rebuilt bundles, and the 1.0.1 version bump and release notes.

Validation:

• TypeScript, all 411 Vitest tests, PHP coding standards, and release packaging passed.
• Visually checked the dialog in the local OpenStation admin.
• PHP rendering/schema/calculation/submission tests: 266/267 passed on the local Core host. The missing-form editor-message failure was reproduced against unchanged main; CI runs the full suite in the dedicated wp-env environment.
