The v0.8.0 release record predates the two merged learned-memo restart repairs. Reconcile its existing section with all 35 accumulated entries and 156 invalidations, consuming the three later loose entries for #1821, #1823 and #1824. The original 32 records and every older release section remain byte-preserved; there is exactly one v0.8.0 section and no product-code change.
Final candidate
e93b4a927017b755f8cfdec1a29ec0724cf44751is based on merged devc68873af34fea9c8eea22cb69a88b8991e323920. Required local gate, fresh release-tool tests, canonical build, record integrity and independent review passed. The assigned-number internal entry for #1825 is included; it remains the single loose entry for what lands next. Final-entry independent review passed.Affected restart and concurrent learned-fact recovery checks passed with race detection on the merged repair tree. Historical partial and failed model-review trials retain their coverage labels; misleading intermediate empty-review progress wording remains an accepted deferred follow-up. No additional model trial is represented by this roll-up.
The release runbook requires this record to land on dev before selecting the next exact staging candidate. Maintainer review and merge remain required. Promotion will require a successful Full check and matching staging publication on that eventual merged commit. Stable and production are outside scope.
