It would be great if hotswap agent would somehow work in Zed / Java. Installing the agent and setting up the runtime jdk with the appropriate options can be done outside, but is not enough. E.g. https://github.com/gejun123456/HotSwapHelper as an example how to connect an ide to hotswap.
My guess is that on recompilation, the ide (or jdtls?) should be notified to reload the changed classes at which moment the agent kicks in and does the necessary magic.
