  • Should "Duplicate" be a default item?
  • File vs folder menus: Should the context menu differ? Folders might get "New File Inside" and "New Folder Inside", files might get "Open With...".
  • Custom item composition: Do custom items from .contextMenu append to the defaults, prepend, or replace?
