Create a better favicon

The current favicon is hard to see, and I don't think it looks good. It would be nice to have a clearer favicon. The below screen shot is how the favicon looks on my Mac in Chrome compared to some other sites and their favicons.

Thanks @normanlorrain. I don't like the one that looks like wifi because it looks too much like wifi. I wonder if just one talking face could be made big enough too look good as a favicon?
