The headshot on each team card goes from 3rem to 5rem, with the img hinting 160px. Members with a headshot also get a "Download high-res photo" link to the full graded frame (3024x4032 JPEG, about 2 MB) in public/press/full/, via a new optional headshotFull field, so editors can take a print-size image without asking. Replaces the "team photo is coming" placeholder with IMG_0102 from the UPLB Tools shoot (all five core members, landscape), graded with the same look as the headshots. The page shows a 1400x1050 JPEG (408 KB) with names left to right, plus a download link to the full 4032x3024 frame in public/press/full/. Every logo preview was forced to 64x64, which squashed the 1200x630 social card into a square. Logo assets now carry their pixel size; icons render 4rem tall at their own width, and wide assets (the social card) fill the card width.
