Use gtest\gmock via find_package

At the moment I see gtest is configured from log archive which is stored in the project root.

It makes troubles in case external package managers. I'm playing with vcpkg at the moment but conan uses similar approach. I'm trying include rsocket-cpp to vcpkg ( microsoft/vcpkg#10705 ) and gtest is already available via find_package but rsocket-cpp cannot find it automatically.

I would like to know the reason why deps (folly and gtest) are installed manually. with vcpkg both folly and gtest can be found via find_package.
