Going global ....

The checkboxes to make it global (for all users) and run when Windows 10 starts has no effect.

I will have to setup this PC for 30+ users, so installing for everyone will be a chore.

Anyone know of a workaround ?

IMHO, only go into code.

I did this when I need some tweaks for myself.

you can also set a startup with any other program like ccleaner or manually in regedit to call the program exe file. you dont have to use the program builtin setting.
