PyPi has recently released the trusted publishers for better security over releases. Switching to this should be trivial but will need to wait until maturin has support for it(PyO3/maturin#1575). We could go around maturin for the PyPi upload, but it seems that it won't maturin long to get this functionality so for now best course is to just wait for that.
Only a few lines need changed in the CI job once we're ready to do this, the rest will need done on PyPi directly to add this repo as a publisher.
