Improve styling of a `:caption:` on a `codeblock`

It currently looks a bit rough, for example:

Ah, now I see this more than just the background colours, and is fixing the messy rounding.

Its been quite a while and there has been no other input, can we please merge, I can revert colour changes?

I'm in favour of the more muted colours; the caption doesn't need such a strong highlight.
