audio mediator enabling - new topology mode support

1. create topology files -- 1 or 2 days

• Vivian will help work out a prototype for vBE and vFE. Libin will refine the topology file.

2. vFE supports new topology mode -- 1WW

• Need add some new IPCs to send the vBE of some critical informations
• TODO: figure out which changes should be done in vFE. (Mostly these changes are related to IPC)

3. vBE supports new topology mode: --1.5WW

• handle host widget
• handle dai_drv, dai
• handle dai_link/rtd/pcm/substream/spcm
• handle widget connections by graph
• handle stream operation, including open/hw_param/close
• PM support?

4. Load topology mode -- 2 days (low priority)

• Load the topology file in SOS for both vFE and vBE. vBE will send the corresponding topology file to the vFE.

5. debug -- 1.5WW

• As this is a new mode which is never used before, let's say it will take 1.5WW to fix the potential issues.
