Support new repository page

GitHub Commit Compare not working with the new look for the repository page (enable it by going to Avatar → feature preview → Repository Refresh).

This userscript was never finished; it won't work across multiple pages. Currently I have no interest to update it, but I'm more then happy to merge a PR.
