How to add upper and lower threshold line to graph

I am creating a dashboard for humidity and temperature monitoring.
I want to show the upper and lower thresholds on graphs.

Is there any way we can do it?

this is what I have set up using graphs.

What I want is a threshold line for the upper and lower threshold values to be displayed on this graph.
