Establishes the foundation the page-by-page sweep will build on, without touching component structure yet. - Collapse the two competing theme files (index.css + global.css) into a single source; global.css is deleted and its scrollbar utilities merged. - Replace the token set with one dark-only palette: cool near-black surfaces, near-white ink, and #F199D8 as the single brand colour (dark foreground for accessible contrast).
