Navbar not responsive

On smaller screens, the Navbar options disappear restricting the functionality of the page. These options should also be accessible even on smaller screens, especially if we're using Bootstrap.

I have figured out the issue causing this and have started working on it and will soon make a PR to fix this, please assign this issue to me.
