Can't mark a test as expected fail

Sometimes you want a test to fail (say if writing the test for some features that are not yet there), so want to mark a test as an expected fail (and therefore a pass when it fails), there currently seems to be no way to do this.

@jamespthomas @Sannis how about instead of failing tests passing, we make failing tests more palatable? My thinking is that failing tests could be made to not throw stack traces, as per my suggestion here: #64

If that is palatable, I suggest we close this issue and use 64 to track the problem. Thoughts?

"Hide stack traces" option will be good enough IMO - it covers "say if writing the test for some features that are not yet there".
