Manually clicking for automatic translation is slow and inconvenient to view; adding an option to toggle automatic translation would be great. Having a Docker server for background processing would be even better, allowing the app to simply receive the processed content!

Hi, thank you for your feature request! I can definitely add a setting to automatically translate abstracts when tapping a card, it will be off by default.

I like the idea of a Docker container for processing, it could also be useful to scrape abstracts. However, I don't think I will work on it any time soon, as I already struggle with finding time to package the Linux version and fix the F-Droid build. I will keep it in mind for later!
