A minimum of Swift 6.1 is required to support Swift Embedded, which enabled the usage of String and a lot of other useful protocols/types. (Swift 6.1 is not officially released yet, so we have to wait and see for now)

Checklist:

  • use typed throws
  • make sure dependencies support Embedded (if not, create own solution or find alternative)
