Live activity says open app to update widget

Describe the bug
Initially the live activity was working, but now it consistently shows no glucose (0.0) at the top dynamic island, and on the lock screen the live activity always shows 'open app to update widget'.

To Reproduce

1. Connect a pod and cgm (I am using omnipod and libre 2 plus European)
2. Enable notifications and live activity
3. When you background the app, observe the live activity says 'open app to update widget' and it doesn't show your glucose

I have seen the same issue on next-dev. It started when I switched to Libre 3 + sensor. Live activities were working with G7 and Omnipod 5 just an hour before the Libre warmup, same pod.
