It would be great to know if hofast-apm also works with ASGI (see quart for an ASGI superset of flask)

Quart looks nice! I've started looking into supporting it, currently in branch feature/support-quark.

So far:

• fixed Tox
• made Tox run on CircleCI after every commit (might switch to only run when there is a PR / on the master branch if needed)
• added tests on the new Quark implementation (currently, a mere copy of the Flask implementation)
• properly implement the middleware for Quark
• refactor the Flask & Quark middlewares to minimize code duplication (if needed)
• test against a real HowFast APM backend to visualize the results

It looks like the Quark test behave a bit differently from the Flask tests as they are not executing the ASGI middleware(s) but only the app itself, making it impossible to test the middleware the way we used to do with WSGI apps. I've asked a question at https://gitlab.com/pgjones/quart/-/issues/333
