Native Herdr integration - please support

Hey team,

I've contributed native Command Code support to Herdr (the terminal multiplexer for coding agents).

The PR adds:

• Automatic agent detection (idle/working/blocked)
• Session restore via command-code --resume <id>
• Screen manifest for Command Code's terminal UI

It's ready for maintainer review. If you could support the discussion/PR, it would help get it merged.
